In my opinion what Mystique offers over any other acreage community in Davie is the beauty of how it is laid out. The waterways are beautifully sculpted and the tree lined streets wind throughout the community. The main road takes you from gate to gate and branches out to streets which offer multiple cul-de-sacs. The community is interlaced with lakes and bordered by equestrian trails. Mystique offers two gated entrances. There are no manned guards as the gates are operated by resident gate cards or dial up guest entry. Mystique has four different models, three of which are one story models. The Windsor model was slightly modified and carried over to the builders next development of Imagination Farms.
