Initial construction started in January 2001 by G.L. Homes as the sister community of Long Lake Estates was nearing completion. Long Lake Ranches has two phases which consisted of Parcel A with 132 homes and Parcel B with 108 homes for a total of 240 exquisite one and two story homes on builder acres. The community began to sell out in October of 2003 which was marked by the announced grand opening of Long Lake Ranches West.
